Shipping Policies

Free shipping to Peninsula Malaysia, Sarawak and Sabah. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, seller will not be held responsible but so far we haven’t encountered this particular event.

Refund/Return Policy

If an item is unsatisfactory within 3 days upon received the item(s), a written explanation via email is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

Cancellation/ On Hold

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed or within 30 days upon agreed on an item selected. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. We will request in amount of 50 Ringgit Malaysia to hold or to book the item(s) within 30 days. We will not refund the deposit if the buyer exceeds 30 days of booking.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
